Fourth Class

We painted and decorated rugs. We added  a woollen fringe to the ends.

We have been learning about life in Ancient Egypt. We coloured some pictures of an Egyptian nemes.

The girls in Third Class made friendship bracelets. Each bead represented a different quality associated with being a good friend including being kind, honest, understanding and respectful. We try our best to be good friends with all our classmates.  

On 1st February 2022, Third Class celebrated St Brigid's Day. They made their own St Brigid's Day crosses out of rushes. 

 Third Class have been learning all about the Ancient Egyptians in History. Did you know that Ancient Egyptians wear headdresses called 'nemes.'  The girls in Third Class designed their own nemes during art. 

Third Class created woodland silhouettes using the tinfoil transfer technique. The girls really enjoyed the process and the end results were amazing!
